Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
Shipping to the UK and Northern Ireland
We charge £2.95 for shipping to the UK and Northern Ireland, regardless of order size.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available for the ChloroStay range. Please refer back to our website for the appointment of international distributors who will be able to fulfil orders within their territories.
Delivery Time
Orders are despatched within 2 working days on a next day delivery service. Please note that shipping times will be up to 3 days longer for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
Returns
Returns of products ordered in error are to be made at customers’ own cost. The returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of purchase, unopened and in a resealable condition. Credits may take up to 14 days to process.
1. Please email sales@schottlander.co.uk explaining the reason for and the details of your return.
2. Mail the returned item or items to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter confirming the reason for your return and the original receipt.
